Material and Labour hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed broken brick.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ lose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge pressed precast interlocking cement concrete paver block (non-skid type) of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of (lime) white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in Hard/ dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/ lose soil complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for walling laterite of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note -The rate consider is for laterite stone only as per section No.6 stone masnory para - 6.2.4 of SSR 2020)

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble masonry regular coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces other than fair face, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of (lime) white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plates plian or chequered with sleeve pieces riveted or welded thereto, Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed. Make – TATA, JINDAL, ZENITH

Supply & Fix rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250 quality 'A') complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having Tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as item 21 above but plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour plastering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surface in CM (1:4) to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bar shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 Kg per Sqm fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/ mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of chain link MS galvanised fencing with PVC coating, hole size from 2” to 4” and wire thickness from 3mm to 5mm and type to any type of standards, rails, staining boalts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (10mm dia GI stiffners interwoven horizontally at places to the chain link) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM 1:4 without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound will be measered seperatly.

Material and labour for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer including prepration of new surfaces of wall with applying 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 finished the furface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing off the rubbish material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605mm x 605mm with size of main tee 35mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and cross tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and supporting angle at the end all alonge the wall 40mm x 25mm x 2mm, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 150mm thick cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base finisheing surface of concrete even and rough including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
