Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, or power) complete including fittings and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators sockets / DBs / main switches include boards etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately), removing material, from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS type multi stranded copper conductor, single core using approved colour code as per IS code drawn in and including not less than 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit 'medium grade' ISI marked but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I including all conduit accessories for concealed wiring including concealed GI flush mounting junction box of required size factory made , with modular base and cover plate of required colour for mounting modular switch, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS type PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly as required at site & including chases cutting & making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the PVC conduits alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends, conduit, junction box, modular frame, modular plate etc and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this.

Note : (i) 3 runs of 4.00 sqmm copper cable shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) copper conductor single core multi stranded unsheathed copper cable 2x10.00 sqmm (for phase and neutral) and earth continuity conductor of size 1x10.00 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100V using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through existing conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) 3 runs of 10.00 sqmm copper cable shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for SUB main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) copper conductor single core multi stranded unsheathed copper cable 2x4.00 sqmm (for Phase and neutral) and earth continuity conductor of size 1x4.00 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 V using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through non-metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit, 20 mm outer dia (Minimum dia). The external dia shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I (ISI marked) including chases cutting & making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) 3 runs of 4.00 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 20 mm (minimum dia) PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the PVC conduits alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends , conduit/flush boxes etc. and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this.

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure distribution board 415volt, vertical TPN 4 way (load line DB) with provision for suitable MCCB FP up to 125 A as incomer & MCBs as outgoing as per IS including compact insulated bus bar and rounded neutral bar, door earthing complete double door surface/recess mounting IP-43 protection, , including connection with the existing sub circuits, electric meter etc with proper size new copper cable, lugs, connectors etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - MCCB & MCBs shall be measured separately.

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure distribution board 415volt, vertical TPN 8 way (load line DB) with provision for suitable MCCB FP up to 160 A as incomer & MCBs as outgoing as per IS including compact insulated bus bar and rounded neutral bar, door earthing complete double door surface/recess mounting IP-43 protection, including connection with the existing sub circuits, electric meter etc with proper size new copper cable, lugs, connectors etc complete all as specified and directed Note - MCCB & MCBs shall be measured separately.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board single pole & neutral 240 volts 12 way with IP-43 double door complete with 200 Amps rated bus bar, earth link and neutral link with provision for fixing incomer and outgoing MCBs as outgoing switchgears, fixed flush in wall including chases cutting in wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note - MCBs shall be measured separately.

Supply and fixing Sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board TPN 415 volts 04 way with IP-43 double door complete with 200 Amps rated bus bar and neutral link with provision for MCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing switchgears, fixed flush in wall including chases cutting in wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing for 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with brush less direct current (BLDC) motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, with remote for on/off and speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, suitable for 230/240V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc incl taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for set-up a dedicated motor winding and repairing facility for every 100 motors at a place directed by GE inside MES premises (in house) incl installation of winding machine and providing man-power and other tools used for re-winding of unserviceable electric motors of Fans of all types and sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All unserviceable motors shall be re-winding in MES premises only at a place directed by GE. (ii) After completion of contract winding machine and other equipment’s shall be the property of contractor. (iii) Unser Fan Motors shall be issued in a lot of 100 Nos. and after re-winding and testing another lot will be issued to contractor. (iv) Contractor has to deposit new copper wire and other parts of fan to MES in advance before set-up the facility of re-winding. (v) MES shall issue copper wire and other material to contractor for re-winding. (vi) Old retrieved material shall be the property of MES. (vii) Contractor shall set-up motor winding facility after issuing instruction in writing from Engr-in- Charge. (viii) Per 100 motors issued for rewinding and repairing shall be considered as Each Job (one unit).

Opening fan motor of any type and size taking out stator, rotor and burnt winding for re-winding with new copper wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old winding wire as per actual shall be the property of MES and deposit to MES yard.

Re-winding motor with new copper wire, cleaning of all parts, oiling, greasing and testing of motor incl winding insulation material, lubricants, greasing, warmish, packing material, nut bolts, wire upto connector etc required for winding and testing and replacement of old unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Copper wire, capacitor, bearings, bushes and other items shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply only solid enamelled copper wire of gauge suitable for fan winding the fan motors complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor has to deposit new copper wire to MES in advance before set-up the facility of re-winding. (ii) MES shall be issue the same for winding carried out through item no. 53 as per requirement.

Supply only high-speed ball bearing as per existing for fan motor of any type any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bearing shall be replaced through item no 53 herewith as per requirement.

Supply only bush as per existing for fan motor of any type any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bush shall be replaced through item no 53 herewith as per requirement.

Supply only capacitor of 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed. Note: Capacitor shall be replaced through item no 53 herewith as per requirement.

Supply only down rod for ceiling fan of 19/20 mm dia of mild steel pipe of 75/90 cm long complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rod shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Supply only PVC canopy suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: PVC canopy shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Supply only fan blade (metal) suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: Blade shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Supply only heavy duty steel rubber ceiling fan clamp suitable to attach the fan to the ceiling hook incl fan rod nut, bolt, rubber, washers and locking pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamp shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Supply only metal blades (4 no.) for metal exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. Note: Blade shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Supply only remote for BLDC ceiling fan (25-38 W) for 1200 mm sweep suitable for Bajaj/Orient/ Crompton/ Havells fan as per sample without batteries complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Remote shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Supply only printed circuit board (PCB) for BLDC ceiling fan (25-38 W) for 1200 mm sweep suitable for Bajaj/ Orient/ Crompton/Havells fan complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCB shall be taken in charge by MES through RV.

Material and labour for cutting brick wall, making a hole suitable for fixing exhaust fan of sweep 300 mm and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.
