M&L for prepartion of old paint with electrically operated spray machine surfaces of LT panel/feeder piller box of any type outdoor/indoor including removing old paint with scrubing and applying two coats of synthetic emanel paint of shade as per existing over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 63 Amps,16 KA,415 volts,FP,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 100 Amps,16 KA,415 volts,FP,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz indoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. Taking out existing underground defective cable of any type and size from the trenches and from any other locations (including taking out of cable covers, pipes etc) complete all as directed.

Supply, laying in trenches/ducts/along wall/through pipes etc, testing and commissioning LT cable, XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, 1100Volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 240 sqmm,3.5 core including making cable connections by providing necessary aluminium lugs duly crimped properly and stainless steel glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc complete in all respects, as specified and directed. Note for item No 2 to 3 :- (i) Excavation & Earth work,sand cushioning, cable cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The cable shall be in one length unless otherwise directed by the GE. (iii) Make for item No 12 to 13 :- Havells/polycab/KEI/Finolex ISI Marked

Supply,lay and testing LT cable XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 16 sqmm; 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls and connection with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe 50mm dia light grade in any length with all GI fittings such as socket, elbow, bend, union, Tee etc laid in trenches/duct/culvert/road crossing etc for protection of cables including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for GI pipe 80 mm dia"light grade " complete with all fittings laid in trenches,road/culvert crossing,on wall, floors,on roof,on pole, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . Make :- Jindal/Tata/BST

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded coarse stone aggregate for platform, mass concrete and coping including form work all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type -I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr ant depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Material and labour in repairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm from earth electrode to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I provision of G I Pipe 40mm bore eight grade for protection of GI strip and GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade,GI funnel with wire mesh,including char-coal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers,PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1,RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1,excavation,earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing for required value, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fault finding of LT cables of size 70 to 240 sqmm X 3.5 core and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable voltage and all as per manufactures instructions including providing straight through joint and additional cable of same existing size suitable to site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs LED phase indicating lamp R Y B colour as required at site in existing panel boards complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Schneider/HPL/Legrand/Standard
