Reinforced cement concrete 1; 11/2;3 using 20mm iss HBG metal including the cost and conveyance of all meterials and cost of all labour charges etc completed,..

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC slab, lintel, beam, coloumns, sunshade etc completed..

Supplying and Fabrication,Placing in position of mild steel or ribbed tor steel grils for RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Weathering coarse concrete using 20mm size broken brick jelly with in pure slaked lime over the RCC Roof in the proportion of 32 : 12 1/2 by volume laid in layer beating the concrete with the wooden batters etc., complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering cm 1;5 -12mm Thick including the cost and conveyance of all materials and cost of all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Granolithic floor finish 25mm thick in pcc 1:2:4 using 10 to 12 mm HBGS jelly including curing etc

Shahabad stone flooring laying with new ceramic tiles of size 600*600*20mm laid in CM 1:3 including cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Paving the Floor with Antiskid tiles of size 305x305x6mm laid in CM 1;2,10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coat with approved quality of oil bound distemper with colour over one coat of white cement for primier coat for the base including preparing surface and all materials cost labour etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Towards the cost and supply of 4" Rainwater Downfall pipe fixing with clamps etc., complete as per standard specification.
