Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 except bricks complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises,removing the demolished material out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thick and removing the demolished material out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cemnt to match including 15 mm th screed ded in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) 25 mm thick for Sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed

S&F non skid coloured ceramic tiles coloured of 7 to 8 mm (square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7.00 above but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) joint free with grout of matching shade complete all as specified and directed .
