M&L for 100 mm thich PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded agg 25 mm thick for laying of floor etc complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour heavy duty Non skid ceramic tiles 10-12 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm,as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed of CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured ceramic glazed tiles 375x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick as in dado/skirting etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc. 6 metre mean radius built in CM(1:4) as in half brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in hold fast etc

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L XLPE 4 core 25 sqmm insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Quoted rate shall include the cost of lugs of proper size and cable glands. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, PCC cover and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seprately.

S & F GI tubing medium grade of size 40 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing and commisioning Feeder Pillar Box (KIOSK) out door type weather proof, dust & vermine proof CPRI/NABL type tested LT panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet front and back door openable type and suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, conforming to IP-54 and fixed on angle iron frame/channel of suitable size complete, aluminium bus bar chamber, cable alley, cable glands brass / chromium plated of diffrent sizes suitable for incoming and out going cables, panel painted with powder coated paint (LT panel shall be of CPRI approved manufacturer) incuding necessary PCC (1:3:6) foundation extending 300mm above GL and 60cm wide platform in front of the panel complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with the following accessories:- Note : (i) Rates deemed to be included for suitable lugs and glands for incoming and out going of LT UG cable. (ii) The Contractor Shall submit the drawing with sample of accessories for approval before executing the work. Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for road pathway including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc complete.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLSH multi stranded conductor cable in and including Concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees ,bend ,elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

Description all as per item No 47 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH, PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Note:- Four runs of 6 sqmm cable, two runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion.
