Supply installation testing & commissioning of 230A, 4 pole Automatic Change over switch similar to 300 Series with Group G controller of M/s ASCO make in suitable MS Powder coated enclosure with cable end box suitable for termination of 3 nos 150 sq.mm Al PVCA Cable, all required accessaries and as per the instructions of E.I.C.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.1 kV grade PVC/XLPE insulated, inner sheath PVC tapped and outer sheath extruded PVC, 4C x 150 sq.mm multi stranded Al conductor, GI armoured power cable conforming to relevant IS’s, fixed on wall/columns/slab with 3-4mm thick hot dip G.I. spacer & 16SWG thick hot dip G.I. fabricated saddle with all fixing accessories, all as per specifications and as per instructions of E.I.C.

Providing end joint of 4C x 150 sq.mm multi stranded Al conductor, GI armoured power cable with supply of all jointing materials like solderless heavy duty tinned reducer type copper lugs, long nipple brass single compression cable gland, insulation tape, flux, duplicate earthing for cable gland with brass earth tag of suitable size all as per specifications and instructions of E.I.C.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe earth station with 38-40 mm dia class B GI pipe of 4.1 m length confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 150 mm thick concrete wall chamber of suitable size duly plastered having size 500mm x 500mm x 500 mm , heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequred plate cover, associated materials like 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm) with clamp of 50mm x3 mm G.I strips for connecting G.I pipe & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils upto 1mtr depth / upto hard rock & there after making 350mm dia 4.5 M deep bore hole from ground level, refilling with alternate layers of charcoal salt & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 M etc.,including measuring & recording earth pit resistance, all as required as per the standard drawing of earthing, specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department 2) Painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint including painting of Earth pit resistance value & date of testing.

Earthing strips: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 6mm sizes of heavy dipped GI strip fixed to wall / slab / column / beam with 2mm thick GI saddle & 4-5 mm thick GI Spacer or in ground at a depth of 750 mm below ground level including excavation in all type of soil , refilling and removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 mtrs., temporary reinstatement and back filling of trench, interconnection of earth strips / wires with GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground and green colour enamel painting for strip on surface etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 150 mm thick 1:3:6 PCC wall chamber of 500mm x 500mm x 500 mm size for existing earthing pit, heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequered plate cover associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements,etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils, breaking of existing chamber, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 m etc. all as required as per the drawing specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint. The scope of work also includes testing of earth pit & Painting of earth value & test date on cover plate.

Earth excavation in hard rock/soft rock & breaking the existing drain wells & reinstallation:-

Removal of paver block / shahbaz stone / existing drain wells & refixing as per original to the entire of satisfaction of E.I.C.

Providing 1:3:6 PCC on excavated Asphalt road/ PCC as per instruction of E-I-C.

Fabrication , supply and installation of Double leaves M.S. Doors at ELECTRICAL shafts in V.S.Bhavan. The double leaves shaft doors shall be fabricated out of 1.5 mm MS CRCA sheet, frame shall be of suitable size MS angle and M.S. flat stiffeners. The doors shall be fixed with frame by providing strap hinges (3 nos.) in each vertical side. Approximate sizes of doors is 1300mm x 1100mm. Note: 1) Scope of work includes the cutting/ removing of existing installed MS sheet cover and taking out from Anushaktinagar. Rebate towards same shall be included in the quote. 2) Providing, welding MS angle of suitable size on existing frame work as required for installation of doors. 3) Providing 2 nos. handle shall be provided (one on each leaf). 4) 2 nos. tower bolts shall be provided (one at top and other at bottom) on one leaf of each door. 5) All door shall be provided with pad lock arrangement. 6) One number Electric Danger Board of size 150 mm x 150 mm shall be required on each door. 7) MS angle shall be provided as required for fixing of doors. 8) The doors shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint over two coats of primer. Paint shall be of M/s Noble / Asian / Berger.
