Labour only for Isolation of electric supply and taking up old vintage HT Underground XLPE cable with aluminium conductor 120 sqmm 3 core from trenches,wall,floor,HT panel or HT 2 pole/4 pole structure and other connected accessories all as specified and directed. (Note : The underground HT cable is passing through thick vegetation hence any lead in carry out the repair/replacement is included in unit rate)

Supply, laying, testing and commissionnig of UG HT cables, 22000 volts grade, 3 core 120 sqmm (Earthed), XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, steel wire armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to IS - 7098 part-II 1985, cables laid in trenches / ducts/ under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators horizontal type and ms galvanized steel frame with operating mechnizing worked from ground level including operating rod of size 32 mm dia /25 mm dia as reqd GI medium grade for current rating upto 400 Amps 22000 volts complete with locking arrangement ,ms clamps ,bolts ,nuts and washers etc.including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on ms work complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cable jointing kit 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outdoor Termination (Cold shrink) type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non linear resistor type surge arrester (lightening arrestors) confirming to IS 3070 (Part 1) having voltage rating suitable for 22 KV, 3-Phase, earthed distribution system with all fittings connected to earth strip with nut, bolt, washer, Rated frequency-50 HZ, Nominal Discharge current 65 KA (Heavy duty) with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No 3, SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose inlcuding funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing with 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm Galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to and including Galvanised steel Strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel with and including 40 mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including PCC foundation / chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia medium grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for HT bus bar for 2 / 4 / 6 pole structure made out of aluminium tube having outer dia 32 mm and 06 mm thick suitable for 22 KV complete with all suitable joints with S S nut bolts etc and colour sleeve as per colour code incl dismantling old unsv busbar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 4 mm of required length for jumpering purpose in 22 KV DP/FP including taking down existing aluminium conductor etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Sand cushioning and covering with clean dry sand to underground electric cable in trenches complete. in clause 19.75 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cover class HV type I, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised light grade incl fittings 100 mm in trenches, wall and pole complete all as specified and as directed.
