Wall paneling in vinear fixed over marine plywood of approved quality including framework as required.

Providing and fixing 19mm marine plywood cabinate of required size with 0.6mm thk of white laminate on the inner side, all exterior sides to be provided with 1mm thick matt finished laminate, 4” chrome plated handle , hinder, towerbolt etc, including fixing in frames with brass screws etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer In charge

Providing and fixing frames of superior quality with pictures as instructed by Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing large light decorative fixtures of approved make

Providing and placing 8’ tall Artificial plant in decorative pot at the entrance foyer.

Providing and placing 3’ or 4’ Tall Artificial Plant in decorative pot in the staircase.

Providing and fixing floor carpet over the tiles such as to cover full surface area with required thickness and colour complete as directed by Engineer In charge

Rates quoted by Contractor for each item should be inclusive of GST
