SCHEDULE 'A' - PART I (MAINTENANCE)

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs to electrically operated lifts of IES make at CGRA (Phase-II) thalakancherry including renewal/replacement of defective parts of Automatic Rescue Device and Over Load Warning Device with a capacity of 08 no passengers lift , 544 Kg each -10 Nos, 1.0 meter/sec , single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system collective control scheduled in Appx "A" by carrying out periodical checks/ repair and testing as per Appx "B" as recommended by the manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in charge to ensure smooth functioning and efficient operation including fixing only for the items mentioned below in Schedule A Part II .

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs to electrically operated lifts of IES make at CGRA (Phase-II) thalakancherry including renewal/replacement of defective parts of Automatic Rescue Device and Over Load Warning Device with a capacity of 13 no passengers lift , 884 Kg each -10 Nos, 1.0 meter/sec , single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system collective control scheduled in Appx "A" by carrying out periodical checks/ repair and testing as per Appx "B" as recommended by the manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in charge to ensure smooth functioning and efficient operation including fixing only for the items mentioned below in Schedule A Part II .

Note for item No 2 to 3 (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch 'A' will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as given in supply only to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by GE shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning. (iv) Cost of renewal of lift license is deemed to be included in the quoted rate .

(v) Quoted rate incl the testing of all the lifts by licensed Lift Inspector of tamil nadu twice in contract period for saftey.Certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector shall be submitted to Eng-in-charge. (vi) In case of any of the lift/lifts is/are not working for more than 24 hours but less than 10 days, Recovery will be affected at the rate of Rs 2,000/- per lift per day and Rs 3,000/- per lift per day after 10 days. (vii) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer) or through their nearest authorised/accredited agency service personel only.The lowest bidder shall submit and uploading MoU from the OEM of lift or their authorised/accredited agency at time of uploading of tender. (viii) Contractor should submit all valid docucments before the opneing of tehcnicial bid.

SCHEDULE 'A' - PART III

Taking down main motor 3 pohase 380 Volts, up to 09 KW, 1300/325 RPM and material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing drying and refixing of AME at site testing and incluing replacement , if necessary for nuts and bolts for foundation etc complete all as directed.

Taking down main motor 3 pohase 380 Volts, up to 15 KW, 1300/325 RPM and material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing drying and refixing of AME at site testing and incluing replacement , if necessary for nuts and bolts for foundation etc complete all as directed.

Taking down cabin fan single phase, 230Volts and material and labour for rewindingthe same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and insulation varnishing, drying and refixing of fanin lift cabin and testing all as directed.

Rewinding of break coil including opening and cutting old brunt out winding and rewinding with copper coil of existing gauge and applying insulating varnsih, drying
