Taking down carefully existing aluminium/copper point wiring on batten or in PVC conduit or in MS conduit with GI earth wire etc (for light, fan, socket or power ) complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, Floors, ceilings etc to match with existing all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down of unserviceable sub main/ service connection of any size and including steel conduit and accessories and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for wiring with and including multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number drawn in and including medium grade PVC casing and capping double lock type 32mm in size, fire resistant, ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number as continuity earth wire and including pressed steel sunken concealed terminal box with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for concealed submain wiring with two run of 4.00 sqmm single core multi stranded ISI marked PVC (FRLS) insulated copper conductor cable drawn through concealed in surface in PVC rigid conduits and the conduit accessories not less than 25 mm including one run of earth continuity conductor with 4.00 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor including cutting chase and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 with white wash/distemper/other paintings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.cable all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Two run of single core cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one meter of conduit shall be measured as one unit. 2. Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing modular plate with frame of 3 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing modular switch 1 way 16 Amp, 1 module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular socket 6 Amp/16 Amp, 2/3 pin combined, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix DBOXX MCB Protected Socket AC Socket 20A MCB Combo with Sheet steel enclosure with Plug Top, 230 Volt, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install and commissioning of Spilt AC 1.5 Ton indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and ISEER 5.2 or higher of capacity 1.5 Ton. Note : The condenser , evaporator and insttallation kit should be copper pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install and commissioning of Deep freezer 200 ltrs 5 star rating. Door type sliding with 10 yrs compressor Warrenty with Defrost Water Drain, Stabilizer Free Operation, Inner Liner Material- embossed, incl wheels and 2 no of compartments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
