Cost towards supply, installation& commissioning of V.T pump set at Raw water pumping plant, Urawan, capable of discharging 60000 G.P.H against a total head 33.34 meter (110 feet ) WPIL /Jyoti /Mather and platt (WILO) / Kirloskar coupled with a suitable SPDP vertical hollow/Solid shaft V.T sq. cage induction motor, operation able on 3 phase, AC , 50Hz ±5%, 415V±10%, 1475 RPM , make- Jyoti /Kirlosker/ C.G /ABB with suitable discharge head, base plate, and accessories such as- suitable M.S column pipe flanged type 60 ft ( 10 ft long -5nos , 5 ft long -2 nos.), spider bearing, line shaft, cat less-bush, foot valve with strainer, pressure gauge, double flanged C.I sluice valve rating PN-1.6 & double flanged type C.I N.R valve rating PN-1 etc. all complete job. testing of pump set on full load at site .

Cost towards supply and fitting 75 H.P fully automatic air break star delta starter , Make- L&T /Havell’s/ siemense / schiender / BCH (Price List attached)

Cost towards dismantling 2 nos. 50 H.P V.T pump set with all accessories such as suction and delivery pipe line ,foot valve ,sluice & N.R valve, base plate etc. for installation of new pump set, including keeping pump set in store or as per direction of E/I ,including cost of labors , tools, tackles.

Cost towards replacement of damage panel by new supply, installation & commissioning of free standing type floor mounting industrial panel board comprising 400 amp copper bus-bar 4 nos. in M.S steel (14SWG) housing and consisting of 320 amp T.P.N DTH MCCB-1no incoming feeder and 200 amp T.P.N DTH MCCB-3 nos. outgoing feeder ( 1 no. standby) ,0 to500v voltmeter -1 no, 0to 200 amp ammeter-2 nos. with selector switch ,indicating lamp for 3 phase, single phase preventer, 32 amp MCB-1 No and doing internal connection with copper wire etc.all complete.

Cost of supply & laying, commissioning of 3 core 35 mm² copper conductor cable 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed unarmored from panel to starter and starter to motor with lugs socketing. Make:- Havels, KEI, Polycab

Cost towards replacement of damage cable by new supply, & laying ,commissioning of 3.5 core 150 mm² Al conductor cable ,1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armored from stabilizer to panel in air as were as required with lugs socketing , making connection all complete. Make:- Havels, KEI, Polycab

Cost towards making chemical earthing as per I:E Rules ,etc. all complete.

Cost towards making earthing connection from earth pit to change over , stabilizer ,panel, starter, motor with 6 SWG G.I wire.
