Carrying out 'B' check to DG Set of Cap 200/160/125/100 KVA by replacement of Oil filter, Fuel filters, Bypass filter and air filter assy and including Adjusting free play of fan belts, and noticing for any abnormal sound occurring in engine and making Minor adjustments in the engine, Fuel feed pump, starting control panel and replacement of any other minor parts other than engine overhauling . Note:- The spares required for the servicing will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. The servicing of the Engine should be carried out by Authorized Service

M&L for Taking down the defective self starter Assembly of 12 Volt from the Engine and dismantling the starter and taking out burnt stator winding, rewinding the startor with super enemelled copper wire of suitable guage incl all insulation material incl Carbon brush holder, Bearings, Field coil and refixing to the engine of capacity of 100/125/200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair and calibration of injector assembly for 100/125/160/200 KVA DG set including replacemet of nozzle, spring, barrel plunger, injector cup complete and refitting to orginal position duly changing the worn out nut, bolt/studs etc copmplete directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 10.00 above but of capacity 62.5/ 50/ 40/ 20/ 15 KVA DG copmplete all as per specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to Radiator assly of DG set 200/160/125/100 KVA , by dismantling from engine , taking out the leaking cooling fins and repairs by bracing the pipe,and refixing on engine and tesing all as directed

All as per item No 12.00 above but of capacity of 62.5 KVA/ 50 KVA/ 40 KVA DG set complete all as per specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12.00 above but of capacity of 20 KVA and 15 KVA DG set complete all as per specified and as directed.

Draining out Lub oil from the oil pan assy of DG set 200/160/125/100 KVA and keeping aside for reuse and taking down oil pan assy complete from the engine block for cleaning the eitire oil pan with recommended solution and resembling the oil pan after replacement of gasket oil pan (Lub oil shall be examined for reuse by Engr in charge. However if the oil is found unsuitable for reuse, fresh oil shall be measured and paid separaetly under respective item..

All as per item No 15.00 above but of capacity 62.5 KVA/ 50 KVA/ 40 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15.00 above but of capacity 20 KVA/ 15 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scrapping out old rusted paint, rust and dust on 200 KVA/ 125 KVA/ 100 KVA/ 62.5 KVA /50 KVA and 40 KVA DG sets aquastic enclossure, base and necessary tinkering / welding work to make good the external surface and apply two coat of synthetic enamel anti- corrosive paint of matching colour as per existing and re writing the specific make and description mention on the body of DG Set etc in prescribed size as directed by Engineer in charge

All as per item No 25.00 above but of Capacity 20 KVA and 15 KVA

M&L for preparing external surfaces of LT DG change over panel /pump panel at various sub stations/locations completely removing the all dust and dirt including rust and applying one coat of approved existing shade of synthetic enamel painting including writing the required details as existing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Lubrication oil recommend for Cumins, Kirloskar and Mahindra engine (15/20 W 40)

M&L for power contactor of AMF panel of DG Set of suitable Amp 3 phase, 415 Volts conforming to the parameters of existing contactor after disconnection the existing UNSV power contactor from the position all as per specified and as directed . Make:- Schnieder/ABB/Siemens

M&L for Engine start/ over speed/ Stop relay, Three kick attempt timer relay suitable for mounting inside AMF panel of various cap DG Set, 12/24 Vdc conforming to the parameters of existing relay incl taking down old UNSV relay all as per specified and as directed . Make:- Schnieder/ABB/Siemens

M&L for replacement of AC Digital voltmeter 0-500 Volts of suitable size make : AE/ L&T/ Flacon

M&L for replacement of AC Digital Ammeter 0-200 of suitable size make : AE/ L&T/ Flacon

Supply and fix in repire MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 160 Amps, breaking capacity 36KA, 415 V, 50 HZ. Including taking down old U/S MCCB .Make :- Havells, L&T .

Supply and fix in repire MCCB 3 Pole, current rating 125 Amps, breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 V, 50 HZ. Including taking down old U/S MCCB .Make :- Havells, L&T or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repire MCCB 3 Pole, current rating 100 Amps, breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 V, 50 HZ. Including taking down old U/S MCCB .Make :- Havells, L&T or equivalent.

S&F in repair PVC insulated 10.00 Sqmm Copper Battery lead 0.50 Mtr Long with brass end terminals complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for decoupling the alternator of from the engine and taking out alternator from base plate and carrying the u/s alternator to local market incl dismantling the entire alternator taking out burnt enamelled copper wire, preparing the stator for rewinding and rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper wire of superior quality incl application of insulating material, cotton tapes and suitable heat treatment, transporting back to site and refixig to the engine from retrieved position.

M&L for Disconnection of engine electrical wiring from the DG set of 200/100/125 KVA and rewiring with copper wire as per the existing guage and making all connection complete including replacement of indicating lamps, push button , toggle switch etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of unsv Asbestos rope of DG Set complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing AVR or Automatic voltage regulator suitable for alternator 415 Volts 50 Hz Ac electric supply and output voltage 120 Volts 8 Amp DC Voltage complete all as specified and as directed.
