Dismantling of heavy duty racking system and stacking the same for use. The heavy duty racking system is to be dismantled by way of using tools and tackles and each structural member chemically treated to be certified free from any unhygienic contamination and is to be painted with anti corrosive paint and the racking system is to be re-assembled /re-fix to have ground plus three loading levels with a provision for catwalk. The staircase is to be provided with at height of 2.4 m for access to upper two levels. The re-assembling of racking system shall require technical/ non technical human resource and cost on account of replacement of all nuts and bolts and welding to framed structure including cost of replacement of damaged or worn-out parts/components including cleaning of chamber from debri ,unsurviceable/service able material and stocking of the same.

Dismantling of evaporator units with accessories from chambers and stacking the same for reuse. The job includes cleaning the coil using high pressure water jets and servicing of fan motors, replacement of worn out parts The job further includes reinstallation of evaporation units and filling of refrigerant gas(404a).

Removal of existing light fixtures, wiring, conduits, switches etc. from the cold chambers, handling areas, plant room and staff room and stocking of the same.

Removal of old damaged 100mm thick PUF installations, panels and stacking the same at a safe place as per the requirement of corporation.).un serviceable puf pannels to be shifted by mechanical transport and dumped at Khanmo (16 Kms from Lal Mandi.)

Cleaning and fumigation of all chambers, ante room, handling areas, plant room and others.

Repair and re-fixing of PUF panels in ante room including walls and ceiling, cost includes flushing and accessories. (To be paid as per actual at site. )

Supply and fixing of PUF insulation panel of 100mm thickness covered with 0,5 mm pre-painted G.I. Sheet on all sides for walls and ceiling inclusive of all accessories and hanging arrangements as per following specs and as required in cold rooms and ante chamber density 40-42 kg/m3, closed cell content 90-95%, thermal conductivity 0.023W/mk, compressive strength 2.1 kg/m2 at 10% deformation, water vapour permeability 0.8-1.2g/hr m2, self extinguishing fire resistance.All joints shall be air sealed tight. (To be paid as per actual at site. )

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of refrigerant control panel comprising of temperature controllers with display along with sensors(10 no of evaporators) and temperature unit display for 20 product sensors, 5 no RH display units with sensor range 0-100%. The job also includes P/F of PLC based HMI compatible with computer. The control panel should be PLC based to control the cooling level of the cold rooms, each room to be provided with 6Temp probes range from -25 to + 50 degree Celsius (4 product sensor probes and 2 return air Temp probes), digital input for compressor, overload 2 Nos, condenser fan overload 2 Nos, evaporator fan overload 6 Nos should be provided in the system. The PLC should be connected to SCADA based system from reputed/standard manufacturers to be approved by the Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of adiabatic/ humidification system for maintaining 90-95% RH in cold rooms 1-5 complete with automated controls, fogging heads, RH control, central and digital display, pumping arrangement and water storage tank, fogging heads should ensure uniform humidity in rooms.

Supply and fixing of manual sliding /swing doors of size 2x2.5m dimensions in cold rooms 1-5 with specification 100mm thick insulated sand witch panels of 100% cfc free polyurethane high density +/-2 kg/m3. Door blade finishes both sides 0.6mm coated steel, door blade panels framed on all 4 sides in heavily extruded aluminium profiles. Wall frame: Colour coated GIU wall frame of size 150x45mm of 0.6mm thickness with thermal break for door blade to close hermetically on panel walls. 0.7 mm reinforcement colour coated GI sheet with protection and reinforcement for the cut out opening in panel walls 3 side exchangeable EPDM sealing gasket, fixed in special profiled bottom seal to be filled to ensure a hermetic sealing. Hermetic stainless steel lever handle on in and outside the door (make;-Rinae, metaflax,MTH, Zaplin Blue star, Lloyds,TSSC ).

P/F of factory made UPVC door frame , made of UPVC extruded sections of size 65x55mm with a wall thickness of 2mm (+/- 0.2mm), corners of the frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frame with PVC profile of size 28x30mm having wall thickness 2mm+/-0.2mm incl. P/F of 3 nos 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame fixing the frame with jamb with required no. and size of anchor dash fasteners all complete as per manufacture’s specs and directions of I/C Engineer (SSR 2012-9.148).

P/F 37mm thick factory made UPVC door shutter, styles and rails mitred cot and joined at corners by means of 2 no of plastic brackets of size 75x220mm at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVC profile of size 28x30mm with wall thickness2mm+/-0.2mm , lock rail of size 100x37mm with and thickness2mm+/-0.2mm will be fixed to vertical styles. Providing with PVC snap fit beads and panel size 100x20mm and inserting 2 nos tie bars of 6mm dia and fastening with nuts and washers complete, all as per manufacturer’s specs and direction of I/C Engineer(SSR 2012-9.149).

Providing and laying of 150mm thick VDF (vacuum dewatering flooring) in M15 cement concrete mix

P/F of lighting system for cold room 1-5 of moisture proof lights of 20 watts incl cost of FRLS wiring,conute, switches (Modular type), controls, MCB’s, MCCB and earthing the same through proper and acceptable earthing procedure complete job. Confirming to IP65 standards.The lights shall be operatable from out side the chamber

Installation of serviceable dismantled PUF panels incl. cost of accessories, flashing, cutting, setting right/ making good etc. (To be paid as per actual at site. )

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5 mtr.in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth up to 1.50 mtr. incl. disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing & laying stone soling (hand packed) incl. ramming, watering, and all sorts of carriages complete

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 {1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size (crushed).

P/L in position grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works up to plinth level in M15 grade with 20mm nominal size crushed aggregate. Including all carriages.

Supply and Stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range (63-45 mm and 53-22.40 mm) including laying water bound macadam with sp. Stone agg. Stone screening and binding material including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with Power Road Roller of 8-10 tonne capacity etc and carriage complete.(63mm- 45mm quarry)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, incl. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer incl. cost of all sorts of carriages complete.

Providing and fixing high rib colour coated sheet roofing. 0.50mm thick fixed with bolts and nuts including the washers, screws, nails complete Including all carriages.

P/F of PVC paneling of Ist quality multi layer type basework of suitable made out of 10mm thick ply or 50x50mm battons. Also includes cost of corner beading, noozings and allied fittings and fixtures.

P/F of planed Eaves boarding 2nd class Kail wood 250mm x 32mm nominal size Evis boarding including carriage and head load.
