Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 30 KVA, 3 Phase, 415V, 0.8 PF Silent Type (Acoustic Enclosure) Generating Set Model AL2CTIDG1 of Ashok Layland having Water Cooled Engine / Air Cooled Engine Model AL2CTIDG1 coupled with suitable Alternator 3 Phase 415 V 50 Hz @ 0.8 Power factor design to run at 1500 rpm for delivering rated out put or its equivalent with standard accessories viz Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with digital display indication of Water temp, Lube Oil Pressure, Battery Charging, RPM, Over Speed, Lube Oil Trip and running hrs indication, Battery with Battery cables, Fuel Tank with fuel Level Indicator, Emergency Stop etc. The Genset should be as per standard design OEM approved and latest CPCB compliance or its equivalents etc., as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of out door type automatic mains failure control panel including auto by pass mode suitable for 30 KVA Silent Type DG Set complete with LED Pilot Lamps for the indication of phases (Main Supply), Load on, DG Supply on etc. Relays, Timer, Rotary Set of CTs for metering, Protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, Power Factor, KWH, KVARH with provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency and interlocking arrangement complete including errection the panel with suitable concrete foundation of 0.5 mtr height from ground level and interconnection etc., as required.

Supplying of following XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG Cable of 1.1 KV Grade conforming to IS: 7098 (part-I) and IS No. 1554 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable Make: RR/ KABELS/ GLOOSTER/ Havells/ Polycab etc., as required. a) 25 Sq.mm x 3.5 Core.

Supplying and Laying of One Number double walled corrugated high density polythlene pipe having corrugated on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall confirming to IS: 14930 Part-I & II complete with necessary HDPE fittings for protection of 1.1 KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at depth of 50 cm i/c excavation and refilling the trench as required. a) 50 mm outer dia.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns, length 2 mtr, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 19 mm and inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling -up with electrolite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
