Dismantling the valve inspection cover and open out the same by providing necessary arrangement.

Dismantling and taking out the old worn out and defective flap of non-return valve from the valve body by necessary gas cutting by arranging of tools & tackles.

Arrangement of blank flange to restrict the back flow of the water from common delivery line at the time of operation of other pump units.

Arrangement of double flanged M.S short piece in place of the valve body as make shift arrangement to operate the pump in any type of emergency situation.

Necessary acid washing and subsequently heating the edges of CI NRV to remove the rust and scale from its surface.

Repairing of damage portion of NRV flap disk by taking necessary step and procedure.

Necessary grinding up the faces of welded parts to ensure smooth surface.

Mfg supply of two numbers of GM valve bush as per sample.

Repairing and fitting fixing of G.M seat ring for both valve body and valve doors by S.S screw copper rebate etc.

Mfg supply fitting fixing of fabricated hinge to operate the doors of the valve by making of pattern core box mould etc as per sample.

Assembly of whole valve unit by fitting fixing of door, hinge driving spindle, gland bushes etc as per direction.

Fitting fixing of valve inspection cover providing nuts & bolts, rubber gasket, zinc oxide etc.

Painting whole unit by 2 coats of anti corrosive paint of approved quality .

Transportation charges from pumping station to work shop in both ways.
