CONSTRUCTION OF RCC TANK FOUNDATION FOR LIQUOR STORAGE TANK IN 09 AND 10 AREA NALCO, REFINERY, DAMANJODI

1.1.2) Removal of Excavated materials upto 5KM lead within Alumina plant premises at low laying areas.

2.8.1) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains of required size dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

2.7.3) Earth work in excavation Hard rock ( Blasting prohibited )

4.1.3) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level ( Cement will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

4.1.8) Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm and down size ) at all depths below and above ground level in foundations,footings, non-suspended floors ,roof surface, top of masonry walls including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed, in any shape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.1.2) Providing and laying cement concrete1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for all RCC works with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in foundation rafts etc.below Plinth level upto any depth as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for compaction excluding the cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9.1) Centering and shuttering in foundations,footings, bases columns,etc for mass concrete including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for RCC work at all heights in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.22.4) Transporting, Bending/binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement for RCC Work at all height and depths, taking the same from store issue points to site of work, straightening, bending to required shape and lenghts as per details, including supplying and binding contractors own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused /scrap/unserviceable steel to owners storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCMENT STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO STORES)

15.2.1) Dismantling of Cement concrete work including disposal od materials within 50 mtrs lead as directed by E.I.C.

15.3) Dismantling of reinforce cement concrete work including disposal of materials up to a distance of 2 KM inside/outside of plant boundary including spreading levelling complete as directed by M.I.C.

15.7.4) Dismantling of Brick Masonry work including stacking serviciable materials at site and removing rubbish and unserviceable materials and disposing within a laed of 50 mtr. As direcrtion of E.I.C.
