1 1. The Bidder should be a MSME manufacturer of the tendered material and should have registered and obtained factory license from the state Directorate of factory & Industrial safety, Boiler and health. For MSME, an Enterprise shall be registered with Director of Industries and Commerce, GOK as Micro & Small enterprises, under Micro, small & Medium Enterprises development Act-2006. Document to be uploaded: The bidder shall submit copy of self-attested factory license and the valid certificate issued by the Director of Industries & Commerce, GOK confirming that, the firm is registered as a Micro, small or Medium Enterprises (MSME).

2 2. The bidder should have an experience of 3 years in manufacturing and supply of tendered material. Document to be uploaded: Bidder shall upload self-attested copies of the Purchase Order & Performance Certificate pertaining to that PO only, issued from KPTCL/DISCOMs/Govt. utilities of State/Electricity boards in India or any Central Government undertakings, certified by official not below the rank of Executive Engineer/DGM or equivalent rank.

3 3. The bidder should have supplied at least 40% of tendered material in any one of the previous three years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) to the ESCOM/KPTCL/Govt. Utilities of State/Electricity boards in India or Central Government undertakings. Document to be uploaded: Bidder shall upload self-attested copies of the Purchase Order & Supply Certificate pertaining to that PO only, issued from KPTCL/DISCOMs/Govt. utilities of State/Electricity boards in India or any Central Government undertakings, certified by official not below the rank of Executive Engineer/DGM or equivalent rank.

4 4. The bidder shall have the capacity to manufacture and supply at least 25% of the tendered quantity per month. Document to be uploaded: The bidder shall submit a duly notarized affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 500 value declaring the required details.

5 5. The bidder shall furnish the type test certificates for having conducted all the type tests mentioned in the relevant IS/technical specification on ACSR RABBIT Conductor from M/s CPRI/ERDA & such tests reports shall not be older than Five years from the date of bid opening. The type test reports from other than M/s. CPRI/ERDA shall not be considered and such bids will be treated as Non-Responsive. Type test certificate from M/s CPRI/ERDA shall be uploaded.

6 6. The bidder must not have been black listed in ESCOMs/DISCOMs or any other Govt. utilities/ Organizations as on the date of bid opening. Document to be submitted: The bidder shall submit a duly notarized affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 500 value declaring the required details.

7 7. The bidder must not have been terminated for supplies against any of the previous purchase orders placed by ESCOMs/DISCOMs or any other Government Utilities/Organization as on the date of bid opening. Self-Declaration shall be uploaded.

8 8. The bidder should have valid Bureau of Indian Standard Certification during the preceding 3 years. BIS certificates issued by the Govt. of India should be valid since from past 3 years from the date of publishing the tender. BIS certificate shall be uploaded in original.

9 9. The bidder shall upload GTPs, failing which the bid document is liable for rejection. GTP shall be uploaded.

10 10. The Annual Turnover of the bidder shall be at least 50% of the amount put to tender in any one of the previous three financial years i.e., (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) and Copies of the audited annual accounts and P&L statements shall be uploaded.

In case the audited annual accounts for the year 2022-23 is not finalized, provisional unaudited annual accounts duly certified by the Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded

11 11. The bidder should have liquid asset and or availability of credit facilities of no less than 12.5% of amount put to tender. This must be supported by credit lines, letter of credit or certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement. The certificate of bank shall not be dated earlier than 30 Days prior to the last date of submission of the tender.

12 Bid Validity is 180 days from the date of opening of Technical Bids

13 Ex-works price are Variable throughout the peirod of contract

14 The bidder shall agree to guarantee for a period of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier.

15 The bidder shall agree Payment terms as per GCC

16 The bidder shall agree Penalty for delay in supplies as per GCC

17 The bidder shall agree contract Performance Security as per GCC

17 Delay in manufacturers performance , failure to supply , termination of contract & material alteration shall be as per GCC

We hereby agree to supply the materials in confirmity with the Technical Specification enumerated in the Bidding Documents for the sum stated and quoted in the Bid or such other sums as may be ascertained. Accordingly, if our Bid is accepted we undertake to execute the contract with in the stipulated time with the Schedule of Prices.

We note that the prices offered are Variable as per the Bid stipulation throughout the period of contract including extended period if any as per the commercial terms and conditions. We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180 days from the date fixed for Bid opening and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before expiry of that period.
