Dismantling/demolition of external wall mosaic tiling in hospital building including cement mortar bedding complete and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L 15 mm thick (10mm+5mm) plaster on fair faces of brickwork / concrete or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound all as per manufactureres instructions, finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100%) Acrylic over one coat of self primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on sruface of wall / ceilings and applying two coats of Antifungal weather proof acrylic exerior grade paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of self primer to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of weather proof acrylic exterior grade paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine shall be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures including crack filling upto 5 bars of postive hydrostatic pressure on vertical surface of wall complete all as specfied & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Scrapping shall be carried out with L-01/H-01 trucare wall sander or equivalent makes as approved by GE having not less than 1500 RPM mechanical vaccum mechanism and sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc . (ii)Antifungal Weather proof acrylic exerior grade paint (100% Acrylic) shall be of make Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent make given under list of makes.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc in any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in CM 1:6 with finishing the surface even and smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(ii) Anti bactrial/ PU coated paint shall be of make Asian Royal health sield or equivalent make given under list of makes.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of dry distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided as in sunken floors or similar locations and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab including cleaning, making holes, applying water proofing, dismantling and refixing of sanitary fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tille with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

S&F Plain 145 gsm fibreglass mesh and apply one coat of Acyrylic polymer modifed cementious slurry coating with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus or eqvt " by brush and cover it with 100 mm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface when it is still wet complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely and turned upto 150mm from FFL at Bath/Wc /Kitchen area's and all as per manufacturer specification all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L making hole for fixing nozzles in construction joints/whereas required and patching the joint with cement sand mortar and grouting the PVC nozzles thus fixed with cement slurry admixed with Non shrink polymeric grouting compound(Make Pidilite or equivalent ) and clean the RCC Subdtrate of all oil,grease and loosely adhering particles and repairs the cracks with CM 1:3 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP as per manufactureres instruction or equvelent approved make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L making hole for fixing metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer as per manufacturers specification The PU foam shall have 100% solid and solvent free,shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water,the PU Plan injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC M-5 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 45mm dia Closed-cell polymer-based foam filler rod( supreme Dura rod or equivalent) in construction/Expansion joints whereas required and patching the joint all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 20-40 mm thick Crosslinked, pre-moulded, compressible joint filler board like Supreme "DURA BOARD HD 100"or equivalent ) in expansion joints whereas required and patching the joint all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
