Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, in soft / losse soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed.

Hard core of gauge not exc 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:5;10, nominal mix, type E2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, surface finished complete all as specified.

100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 ,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) laid to alternate pannels and making surface even and fair duly vibromechenically floated with surfacce vibrator complete all as Eng-in-Charge . (Note : No extra cost to be borne by Govt in r/o form work reqd for laying pcc pannels)

50 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in slope 1:12 from outer edge of the wall finished even and fair without using extra cement over 75 mm thick pcc 1:3:6 type C-2,laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

RCC M-25 design mix as in foundations, footings,plinthbeams etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: No extra cost shall be borne by contractor for use of vibrator.

Providing 6/8 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between walling and plinth protection,joint filled mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bituminous 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beamsand similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

TMT bars 05 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

Mild steel framed work as in plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified & directed.

Rolled mild steel work in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0, complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel bolts ( machine made), purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck 11 mm to 15 mm , complete all as specified.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick in two or more colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified & directed.
