Material & Labour for filtration/dehydration of transformer oil up to break down valve reaching upto 50 KV dilectric strength complete all as directed. NOTE : Contractor will arrange filtration plant machine at site of transformer.Dehydration work will be carried out in working condition and electric supply will be taken from same transformer.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surface Transformer /voltage stabilizer/isolation Transformer after disconnecting the electrical connections and reconnecting LT cables after painting including writing of MES No. complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spray paint to be used for painting surface of appliance after removing the old paint

M&L for replacement of oil temperature indicator including nuts, bolts and gasket including taking down complete upto 200 KVA, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening/stripping off voltage stablizer of capacity 50 KVA to 150 KVA including draining off oil, washing & cleaning duct, dit & sludge deposit etc. from all parts. Removing damaged/deffective parts requiring replacement,making internal connection servicing of bushings and reassembling the voltage stablizer after repair and replacement work including new cork gasket, packing nuts, bolts, washer, etc. Complete all as directed. Note : Servicing will be done by reputated company rep at site only

M&L for calibration/overhauling/servicing of relay any type voltage,current(e.g. Earth fault relay/Over current relay,etc) for 11 KVA HT panel.The setting of these relays should be as per the PSPCL norms so that individual breaker/feeder should be tripped and fault is not travelled back to MRS and subsequently to PSPCL power house.The calibration of relay is to be done by a reputed firm and it is to be submitted to to the AGE E/M.All the calibration should be done in the presence of Engineer-in-charge.Note :- Any relay and HRC Fuse required during the work which should be measured in quoted rate.

Disconnecting the existing servicing electric supply from HT 11KV system of any make type taking out switch gear from SF-6 circuit breaker(any type)/VCB/OCB,cleaning from inside and out side by using CRC-26 spray or any other cleaning agents which can improve the electrical conductivity or properties,greasing whereever required overhuling of switchgear ,checking the fixed/moving contacts of all the 3 phases adjusting electrical/electronic/mechanical components all as per mfg instruction manual and standard practice & reassembling the same after necessary servicing repair including testing and commissioning in its original position & necessary connection etc all as specified and directed.This work is to be get done from company authorised sales and supplier dealers and all as specified and directed.
