Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over area exc 1.5 m deep but n.exc 3.00 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, pipeline etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm, levelling, watering and well ramming as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size brick), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of internally surface of wall of brick work or stone surfaces in two layers (10 mm thick each layer) in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound in top layer and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M&L providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix), type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in partition wall, Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like and the like complete all as specified and as directed . (Note : reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs,, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to fins, louvers, fascia bubble wall etc in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide Rough finished surface of concrete, flat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 75mm bore, Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 75mm bore, slotted vent cowl complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore SGSW/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm internal dia of pipes, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stones of guage not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, laid in panels and finished top even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (Machine Made) with Hexagonal Head at one End and screwed the other Ends, each screwed end to be fitted with Washers and One Hexagonal Nut, diameter of Shank 05 to 10mm, length of Bolt not exc.10cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of profile as approved, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour of ridge shall be same colour as that of sheet used for roof.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls etc and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete, (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in under layer of of tiles flooring & finishing the surface rough to receive screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting etc. over 10 mm thick back coat of cement mortar in (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of brickwork or previously untreated and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper-oil-emulsion over a coat of primer including wall care putty (minimum 1mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for forming contraction joint (dummy joint) 65mm deep x 10 mm wide by using diamond cutter and filled with Grade B sealing compound (SHALIMAR or equivalent), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished , even and smooth using extra cement incl spik rolling to surface or making expressions of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, design & shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only sand for cushioning for paver block complete all as specified and as directed.
