REPAIR AND MAINT OF LT OVERHEAD LINES, UG CABLE AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT DRONACHAL TOP BHOPAL

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard / dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches and exceeding 1.5m in depth but not exceeding 3.00 m deep for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT 9.0m long poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description including replacement of old radium stickers of any description with new radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and numbering of pole shall be done in black colour on yellow background at suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations bed of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
