Rate should be quoted on per shift per machine basis(8hour). Rate should be inclusive provision of engagement of one Driver of skilled category and Two Helpers of semi-skilled category for each machine. Cost of CNG, Engine Oil, Hydraulic Oil, all type of maintenance both of major or minor including cost of spare parts, Tyre, Tube etc as mentioned details in maintenance schedule are in the part of bidder. The rate should be inclusive cost of necessary safety equipment’s like uniform, gumboot, PVC hand gloves, helmet, medicated mask etc. Rate should be inclusive provision of engagement of one Supervisor against per two machines or any other justified category of manpower to execute the work smoothly and inclusive all types of taxes if any. Everything of this contract are in the part of bidder. The period of contract is for five years, so the bidders should quote their rate accordingly. For estimation purpose bidder may consider CNG consumption rate @approx 1.5 Kg per hour and 24 average working days in a month. The bidder should clearly mention in BOQ how many machine he can operated by engaging by engaging manpower including provision of diesel and everything maintenance of machine as mention details in terms and conditions. At the time of distribution of machine, total numbers of machine will be counted from L-1 bidder to up to the bidders to attain required quantity of machine(18 nos.). Rest of the bidder will not be awarded any machine.
