Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Carrying out health check of existing high masts which includes checks of Winch, gearbox, oil, chain, torque limitor, wire ropes, trailing cable, connecting bolts etc & submission of health check up report. Replacement of minor items eg. bolts, guthkha,SG-DG clamps,chain etc. shall be part of scope as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Double drum double gear winch having 750KG capacity suitable to existing high masts capacity (SWL)
Integral Power tool 3ph, 2HP, 50Hz foot mounted motor suitable for reverse forward motion.
Dismantling of existing 20 mtr high mast in apron area with all accessories including minor civil work such as degrouting of foundation structures etc. with all out going power and control copper cables, terminations, interconnections, earthing etc.The job also includes shifting of the dismantalled material from existing site and handing over to AAI store as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.
