The cleaning process would follow following stages as under: (a) To drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5 chemical. (c) Scrubbing the walls with mechanised scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) 1st stage of bacteria screening by degermification by using TERBAC G5 halogen compound. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) 2nd stage of bacteria screening & sterilizing method by using UV ray within the tank & killing all suspended bacteria. (g) 3rd stage of bacteria screening by sterilizing the floor of water tank by using strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/NB-60/Inoxi-60. Note: The quoted rate to include for removal of mud, grits and deposits etc properly from site of work and on completion of wk, sterilisation certificate to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. M&L precast Reinforced Cement Concrete Type A1 (1:1.5:3) nominal mix (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in fencing posts with sectional area exceeding 100 but not exceeding 250 Sqcm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in laid in alternate bays finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade "A", complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificied provided for, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S 0r Fe-410-O, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 300mm, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes of dia 300mm class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as door or gates of angle or other section, grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted ,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders;framed balusters; walk ways,railings, and similar work Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
