Anti Termite treatment by providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti Termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti Termite treatment of soil under existing floors using enulsion @ One litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortor 1:2 to match the existing floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti Termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion @ One litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti Termite treatment by spraying of chemicals emulsion on wooden surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti Termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 1 to 6 : (a) Anti Termite treatment work shall be got executed only through the Firm registered as applicator of ATT with Pest Control of India (PCAI)/Indian Pest Control Association(IPCA). (b) A writtten guarntee for 10 years shall be submitted by the contractor on his letter head towards free from reinfestation of termite for ATT work executed under subject contract.

Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including dismantling of old wall panelling of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and as instructed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

18mm thick Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, size as approved by Engr-in-Charge, fixed with nails to timber framework or with staples/ screws, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings including cuttng grooves, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of tiles not exceeding 0.36Sqm each in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles with backing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of tiles not exceeding 0.36Sqm each as in vertical surfaces of dados/skirtings/sides of pillars etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles with backing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti skid ceramic coloured floor tiles 7-8mm thick, size of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm and not exceeding 0.18Sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to match over and including the provision of 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Wall cladding ceramic coloured tiles of pattern as approved by GE, 7-8mm thick with size of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm as in walls set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 6-7mm thick set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- For minimum fair wages, EPF and payment to labour employed, refer Sch A Note No-17,18 and Special Condition No 5 & 21.2 of this tender. Contractor must produce all the relevent record such as payment made to labour, EPF etc at the time of payment of RARs/Final bill. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.

NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, all the debris/waste materials produced out of above mentioned work shall be removed out of Cantonement land and disposed off at locations notified by the Delhi Cantonment Board for disposal of waste building materials within NCR area, without any extra cost to Department under own arrangement of contractors. The rates quoted by the contractors against the items catered here-in-above in the BOQ are inclusive of said provision.
