A) Shifting of 1MVA transformer from old damaged bed to newly casted concrete bed at Water supply scheme. The lifting and shifting of transformer shall be carried using departmental crane. The job includes disconnecting the transformer from both HT and LT side before lifting/shifting. The job further includes uninstallation of Link set (3 Pcs) from the H-frame of the sub-station and then installing the same on the opposite site, so as to ensure proper spacing between all the three phases of the transformer and to facilitate safe operation of the link set. The job further includes replacement of worn out fuse set by way of providing, fitting, installation and testing of new 11KV Horn Gap Fuse set (3 Phase) on the H-frame. The job also includes providing, fitting, installation and testing of new Gapless Surge Arrestor, 9kV, 10kA, Lightening Arrestor with polymer, Stn. Type (1 set). The job also includes painting the H-frame with 2 coats of silver paint. The job further includes cleaning the area and laying and stretching the existing cables from LT side, so that connections can be made conveniently from both LT and HT side of the Transformer. B) The job also includes providing and fitting of 3 no. 630mm Copper thimbles in the Change Over Switch of the scheme and 5 No. 12 Watt Led Lamps along with holders inside the premises of scheme.
