Note:- 2 runs of 10 Sqmm (2x10sqmm ) ,one run of 6 Sqmm (1x6 sqmm ) cable and one metre of conduit will be measured as one unit.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to and including 4mm dia galvanized iron wire lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate No 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour and taking out old unserviceable earthing of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. Srl item No 204 Contd … (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Taking down ceiling / exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, incl oiling, greasing, cleaning slot, overhauling & replacement of defective nut, bolt , washers etc. and applying two coat painting with synthetic enamel to fans complete, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc., making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multi strand PVC insulated 2 core flexible cable from ceiling rose and rehanging/ refixing complete all as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230/240 V of size 300mm sweep with louver speed 900-950 RPM power input 50-55 W, Heavy duty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
