Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep or for foundation etc and for shafts, wells, manholes or similar items n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling,watering,and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 nominal mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter on flat surface, rough finished, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
