Earth work in Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with gravel & boulders including lift upto 1.5m & lead upto 30m & including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth out side of Industrial Area or as directed by the Engineer -in charge upto a distance of 3.0 km from the foundation trenches.

Collection of nala bajri for base of tile work including all cartage , royalty etc.

Collection of 45-63mm gauge hard stone ballast from approved quarry for inter coat including royalty, cartage octroi, sales tax whatsoever applicable under rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side, including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Collection of 22.4-53mm gauge hard stone ballast from approved quarry for topcoat including royalty, cartage octroi, sales tax whatsoever applicable under rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side, including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Collection of screening material

Consolidation of Nala bajri including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The Nala bajri is to supplied to the contractor free at site.

Consolidation of 45-63mm gauge stone ballast 10 cm thick (loose) coat excluding roller hire charge and cost of fuel but including repairing of patches picking up old surface spreading ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30M carriage of water upto 200M and maintenace of barriers all labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. The stone ballast is to supplied to the contractor free at site.

Consolidation of 22.4-53mm gauge stone ballast 10 cm thick (loose) coat excluding roller hire charge and cost of fuel but including repairing of patches picking up old surface spreading ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30M carriage of water upto 200M and maintenace of barriers all labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. Water allowance to be allowed on item of consolidation of 45-63 mm gauge and 22.4-53 mm gauge.

Provinding and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Bitumen consumption as per circular no. 10598 MT/Samanya Varg/60MT / 2012 dated 23.11.2012).

Providing and laying densed gradded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25 per cent by weight of total mix and filer, trasnporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications clause 507 complete in all respects.

Provinding and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Bitumen consumption as per circular no. 10598 MT/Samanya Varg/60MT / 2012 dated 23.11.2012).

Providing and laying 40 MM thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.0 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specificatio Clause no -509, including tack coat complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250 gms per sqm are, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and laying rubber moulded reptective Zig-Zag 80 mm thick interlocking tiles of precast compressed cement concrete of 30 mpa (M-30) compressive strength ISI Marked made by table vibratory method, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with ganga sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.
