M&L for lifting of submersible pump motor set of any description and capacity including dismantling MS column pipe, steel wire rope from the bore well upto a depth of 90 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Re-installations of pump and motor set in the bore well in the same position alongwith all necessary work like fixing of column pipe, connections of rope with U clamps, connection to the discharge line, dry revolution test etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the submersible motor of any make for assessing the extent of repair for inspection of Engr-in-Charge and transporation of motor from site to the work shop for repair/rewinding (rewinding and spares will be measured separately under relevant item as supply only) including repalcement of unserviceable minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, rubber ring etc, return back the motor from workshop to site after complete repair duly painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces for Motor capacity up to 10 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note: Item rate includes transportation of motor from site to workshop (Leh) and back.

Rewinding, repairing, servicing and testing of the following capacity of the submersible (wet type winding) induction motor with existing size and type copper conductor wires suitable for the motor of 415 volts 3 phase AC supply. The size of the winding wire will be that of the existing winding wire etc. including replacement of thrust bearing 01 No, water seal as directed and required complete Up to 10 HP Submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only following parts for submersible motor of capacity upto 10HP:-

(a) Upper/lower level spl type GM bush bearing.

(b) Sand Guard of motor

S&F single phase prevenyor 3 phase 415 volys, 50Hz suitable for upto 20 HP motor including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 100mm bore NRV for DI pipe lines complete all as specifed and directed.

Supplying and fixing, jointing, testing in repair Sluice Valve of sizes 100mm bore ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair foot valve of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only column pipe with flange/socket on both sides of size 2" x 10' long GI medium grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 4 core flat 10 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair automatic star delta starter 415 volts 3 phase with over load relay range from 15 to 22 amps suitable for 7.5 HP motor complete all as specified and directed Make:Havells/Crompton/Boparai

Dismantling of centrifugal pump set 20 HP for assessing the extent of repair for inspection of Engr-in-Charge and transporation of centrifugal pump from site to the work shop for repair (spares will be measured separately under relevant item as supply only) including repalcement of unserviceable minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, rubber ring, Ball Bearing etc, return back the centrifugal pump set from workshop to site after complete repair duly painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces centrifugal pump set. Note: Item rate includes transportation of centrifugal pump set from site to workshop (Leh) and back.

Rewinding of AC motor of capacity 12.5 HP 3 phase with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire including insulating materials, heat varnishing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of AC motor of capacity of 20 HP 3 phase with suitable size of super enamelled coper wire including insulating materials, heat varnishing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only following parts for centrifugal pumping set of capacity 12.5 HP to 20HP :-

(a) Supply only impeller for 12.5 HP centrifugal pump

(b) Supply only coupling for 12.5 HP centrifugal pump

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25mm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking out /down ,old ,rusted,unserviceable and damaged GI water tubing incl disconnecting from existing line and connection for the following sizes:-

Relaying of GI water tubing in new or old position where directed incl making connections and cleaning of the pipe bore all as directed by Engr-in -Charge .

S&F GI tubing galvanized medium grade laid in trenches/walls including all necessary fittings clamps etc complete and connecting to existing system complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe of the following dia: -

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 19340.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
