Providing and laying of cement concrete work in beams, Raft Short, Column, Plinth Beam upto Plinth level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete job .

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and inforcement. All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 mix with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate (crushed aggregate) complete job.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.S.C. moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to I:S: 2222 in Superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) and curing complete in: With (non-modular) bricks including carriage COMPLETE JOB.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete job.
