Supply, install, testing and commissioning of acoustic proof diesel engine driven generating set, fully wired, 415 Volts, AC, 3 phase 4 wire, 50Hz having capacity 100KW/125 KVA continous rating at power factor 0.8 (lagging) as per IS-4722 and connections as per IE rules complete with liquid cooled 4 stroke Diesel engine with electric start with 12V DC battery, developing minimum 159 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP prevailing at Sambra area, Belagavi considering derating factor and shall conform to IS:10000/150 3026/BS-5514 with provisions of 10% over loading for 1 hour for every 12 hours running with A1 class governing and all standard safety type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated alternator conforming to BSEN-60034 with IP 23 protection complete with integrated AMF control panel with microprocessor based relays/MCCB/MCB's/Contactors, multifunction meter showing KWH, KVA, PF, Amps, Volts, frequency, indicating lamps, 12 Volt battery charging unit including 12 Volts battery etc required as per latest standard engineering practices including sound proof canopy designed to meet MoEF/CPCB Norms of 75 dBA at 1mtr at 75% load, fabricated from CRCA sheet and a structural/sheet metal base frame, with high quality noise absorbent and fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material conformity to IS : 8183 and integrated fuel tank of capacity not less than minimum 8 hrs running fuel filling arrangement from inside duly painted after necessary pre treatment process complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (i) The cost of PCC foundation as per the recommendation of OEM shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of fuel and other expenses for carrying out acceptance test of the DG set shall deemed to be included with the quoted rate.

Material and Labour for Earthing and testing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to equipment and earthing test point, earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) and 20mm dia GI watering pipe of medium grade and 40 mm dia light grade GI for protection of earth strip, wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust & common salt, etc all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying cable/erecting poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F DWC Pipe, IS-16205, size inner dia 103mm, outer dia 120 mm for cable protection in wall/under ground laying of UG cables including SNAP-FIT Coupler and all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting the tar macadam road / hard standings for laying cable and excavating not exe. 1.5 wide and 1.5m in depth and getting out all as directed including filing back and finishing it with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipes light grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to poles/route/drains etc and ceillings or laid in floors of 80 MM dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar Box AC 415 V, 50 HZ 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size to accomodating the following accessories totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, weather proof, vermin proof outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet protection IP 54, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure with angle iron frame work with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter and MCCBs, double hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, Provision of louvers at sides, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated with 300A electrical grade aluminium bus bar for phases and neutral complete with suitable digital type meters resin cast CTs, CPRI approved type tested, internal wiring all including the following incoming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Connection from Main bus bar to Outgoing MCCB should be provided through bus bar of suitable rating instead of copper wires
