Engagement of Earth Excavator 75 H.P. for removal of slips in all kinds of soils, clearance of side drain and disposal of same outside the periphery of the area cleared by engaging of tractor / trolly wherever required (all inclusive including POL) as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (LMR)
Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr.
Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level: a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for :
Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing 30mm panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete: i)2nd class deodar wood. A) 50 x 12 mm
Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. A) Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.
Providing and fixing 30mm glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. A) Second class deodar wood.
Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions all complete. i) With Galvanized M.S. Wire gauge with wire of dia 0.63 mm : a)With 2nd class teak wood beading 62x19 mm
Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. a) 4 mm thick glass pane (weighing not less than 10 kg/sqm).
