A. SCOPE OF WORK FOR FABRICATION OF TURBO CHARGER GUARD: 1. Plate cutting from scrap. 2. Fabrication turbo charger guard mounting plate.. 3. Making of mounting hole through drilling machine. 4. Fabrication of Turbo charger cover / guard by molding of plate. 5. Welding of both Turbo charger cover and mounting plate. 6. Fitment of Turbo charger guard on machine. B. SCOPE OF WORK for welding , denting , repairing of 01 no. T/C guards, 01 no. Engine lower guards, 01 no. transmission guards & 01 no. front radiator guards of BEML Dozer SI. No T-3381 (G-11768) on the basis of labour charges.: 1. Removal and fitting of all guards. 2. Cleaning of all guards. 3. Welding , denting, repairing, and bending of 01 nos. T/C guards, 01 no. engine lower guard, o1 nos. transmission guard & 01 nos. front radiator guard. 4. Welding , denting, repairing, and bending of 01 nos. T/C guards, 01 no. engine lower guard, o1 nos. transmission guard & 01 nos. front radiator guard. 5. Hiring of 01 no. welding machine alongwith welding assessories, gas cutting, devices, safety applainces. 6. Industrial gases , crane, site & electrodes will be provided by departmentally. C. SCOPE OF WORK FOR One NO. RADIATOR REPAIRING: 1. Dismantaling of radiator. 2. Cleaning/gouging by using soda and acid and fitment of Gasket and repairing of radiator tubes(which involves soldering). 3. Assembling of Radiator with providing proper Gasket (Thickness1/16''). 4. Testing of radiator. D. SCOPE OF WORK FOR REPAIRING OF ONE No. TRANS.OIL COOLER: 1. Dismantaling of Transmission oil cooler 2. Side cover removal of oil coolers. 3. Cleaning / repairing of oil cooler by using soda and Acid. 4. Assembling of oil cooler. 5. Testing of oil cooler. E. SCOPE OF WORK FOR repairing/denting of Battery box -02 nos. for Dozer BD-355 on the basis of labour charges: 1. Repairing of battery box assly (02 nos battery). MS sheet will be provided departmentally as per requirement. 2. Clamping/locking system for 02 nos battery in Dozer .
