Transportation of 25KL transformer oil storage tank from Adityapur industrial area to 132/33 kV GSS Adityapur-II( including return trip charges) i.e 20 KM Minimum amount upto 50KM

Unloading of 25 KL oil storage tanker at the site and loading the same after completion of the job

Providing of 25KL oil tanker on daily hire charges

Draining of transformer oil from the 150 MVA BHEL make transformer and storage in empty two nos. of 25 KL oil drums

Temporary Shed making for above transformer

Dismantling of HV bushing & erection after completion of work.

Dismantling of LV bushing & erection after completion of work.

Dismantling of neutral and tertiary bushing & erection after completion of work.

Dismantling and erection of 220 kV turret.

Dismantling and erection of 132 kV turret.

Dismantling and erection of radiator including header.

Dismantling and erection of main conservator tank.

Dismantling and erection of oil pipe lines.

Erection of thermometer, pressure relief valves and vent pipes.

Crane charges for lifting of the top cover including the core & winding for the thorough inspection of all internal points and their assemblies. For 24 Hrs( 4 days for 6 Hrs)

Cleaning and washing the core & winding assembly with hot oil jet for removal of rust/sludge etc. from winding and core.

Repair and maintenance of OLTC.

Complete wiring of the transformer indicating system cooler control fans and motor driving mechanism of OLTC panel providing suitable ferrules and lugs.

Supply of rubberized cork Sheet of mentioned size (a). 12 mm rubberized cork gasket( 2x3) feet sheet.

(b). 6 mm rubberized cork gasket( 2x3) feet sheet.

Replacement of worn out gasket completely with new gasket (Complete job).

Reconditioning of condenser bushing.

Drying vacuuming of tranformer to remove moisture from core & winding.

Breaking the vacuum with nitrogen purging for dew point up to -30 degree Centigrade.

Repeating the above till the desired IR value is achieved.

Transportation of filter machine from available place to 220/132 kV GSS Adityapur-II(Ramchandrapur).

Filtration of transformer oil.

Assisting labour for filtering of oil for a period of 5 days.

Testing of transformer

Testing of transformer oil like BDV, PPM, DGA by recognised laboratory.

Supply and replacement of damaged valve of appropriate sizes.(As per sample).

Painting of Transformer (a) labour charge forcleaning, brushing & scrapping old paint as per direction of E/I.

(b)Providing primer one coat Red oxide paint in main tank and other parts.

(c ) Spray painting two coats with enamel paint of main tank and other parts .

Dismantaling of bulky, inefficient, very old cooling fan and erection, commissioning and testing of new vertically mounted light weight, heavy duty cooling fan for 220/132 kv, 150 MVA transformer-1.

supply of 24 inch cooling fan.

Supply of 2.5 mm2 4 core copper cable (Armoured).

Supply of 16mm2 4 core copper cable (Armoured).

HRC fuse 25 amp.

erection of air blowers (cooling fan) including freme and control cubical ect. (for each transformer).

Electrician of Gr-I hired for circuit tracing.

Electrician Gr-I hired for wiring.

PVC Tape (R. Y.B)

Hiring charge of truck for transporting frame making material from JSR store to GSS RCP as per direction of E/I.(1 truck for 3 hours)

Fitting of all cooling fan in 150 MVA, 220/132 kV Transformer No.1 at 220/132kv G/S/S Adityapur-II (RCP) with connection of cable & circuit.

Replacement of damaged contactor with over load relay of cooling fan.

Erection,cutting and welding of separate cooler bay A frame head angle and bend of150MVA transformer For 1 frame of welding= 12 pointx1.18"x4 layers= 56.64'' Total 12 nos frame of welding point = 12x56.64" = 679.68"

Dismantling of cooling fans with accessories of 150MVA, 220/132kv Transformer No.-1.

Hiring of vehicle, loading and unloading old cooling fan and its accessories from GSS Adityapur-2 to store JSR. (1 truck for 3 hours)
