Electrical works to provide power to CC lab and alteration to existing panel located at ground floor Administrative Building

Supply of following sizes and core PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured electrical power cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1.1 KV as required.(240 sq. mm, 3.5 core)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. (Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.(Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Providing and fixing following capacity double pole/ four pole OFF-load changeover switches with side handle operation, in sheet enclosure in existing metal board, including drilling holes in metal panel, making connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections etc. as required(4OO A, 50 KA, FPMCCB)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections etc. as required(1OO A, 30 KA, FPMCCB)

Supplying and Fixing following ways, surface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amp tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar, for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer) as required' (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.) (+ wby ( 4 + 12 ), Double door, Vertical type)

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (63 A)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
