Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / taking out carefully old serviceable / unserviceable burnt / punctured / faulty aluminium / HT Pilica cable / XLPE cable 11000 Volt grade of size 70 sqmm to 240 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) If cable is damaged by the contractor’s workmen during the execution of work, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 Core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Laying / Fixing only serviceable HT Pilica cable / XLPE cable 11000 Volts grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 Core obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before, laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for calibration and testing of protection relays of any make or type fitted on 11 KV VCBs (detail given below) as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for earth fault over current, phase over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including synchronizing of the same with MRS outdoor VCBs settings to ensure that fault shall not be travel to nearest source feeder including minor repair, replacement of wiring etc. if required all as directed by Engineer-in-charge :-(a) In coming VCB 11 KV (outdoor type in MRS) - 03 Nos (b) In coming VCB 11 KV (indoor in MRS) - 01 Nos (c ) Outgoing VCB 11 KV (indoor in MRS) - 05 Nos (d) VCB 11 KV ( for 'A' Regiment) - 08 Nos (e) VCB 11 KV (for 'B' Regiment) -07 Nos (f) VCB 11 KV (for Sub Stn 'B' & Smarch Sub Stn) -03 (g) VCB 11 KV ( for MSL Shed 1 & 2 and 3 & 4)- 02. Notes :- (i) The setting shall be carried out by only qualified technician and prior approval shall be obtained from GE (ii) The calibration shall be carried out each job in a 06 months and relay setting shall be carried out once in a six month as per load and site conditions to avoid any fault travel to next adjacent source breaker and shall be monitored regularly. The calibration and setting must be completed and record shall be maintained by the contractor and submitted to Engineer-in-charge.

Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil through stream line oil filtration plant, extracting the moisture contents and carbon deposits from oil and bringing it to 50 KV dielectric strength including carrying out acidity test /dielectric test before and after filtration at site of any installation in Cantt area of any capacity/make of transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type plinth mounted complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that there shall be no wastage of transformer oil. (iii) Contractor shall ensure that conservator tank is full to its level before starting the dehydration. (iv) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule. (v) Testing of dielectric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply and filling new mineral grade transformer oil (ISI marked) EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling and for topping up in transformer duly filtered with filtration plant to obtain high dielectric strength 50 KV to 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Repair to transformer to stop oil leakage by decanting transformer oil complete, dismantling the top cover along with conservator tank, replacing the gasket, washers etc, replacement of HT / LT bushes complete, dismantling the cooling fins and welding as necessary to arrest oil leakage, re-assembling transformer, refilling filtered oil and testing complete for transformer of capacity 63 to 315 KVA complete all specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item include the labour component required for replacement of unserviceable spare parts.

Repair to transformer to stop oil leakage by decanting transformer oil complete, dismantling the top cover along with conservator tank, replacing the gasket, washers etc, replacement of HT / LT bushes complete, dismantling the cooling fins and welding as necessary to arrest oil leakage, re-assembling transformer, refilling filtered oil and testing complete for transformer of capacity 500 to 1000 KVA complete all specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item include the labour component required for replacement of unserviceable spare parts.

M&L loading/unloading & opening of transformer cover, draining oil if any, detanking core and coil assembly, assessment and estimation for repair and replacement of parts, cleaning and washing of dust/rust and dirt from all other parts including core tanks and cooling tubes, retanking after replacement of parts/repair as required filling fresh/new filtered transformer oil taking of transformer for test and testing for all the routine tests as in case of new transformer as per relevant IS & after satisfactory repairs & testing, marking & providing synthetic enamel blue/grey spray paint etc., loading of transformer at the contractor's works for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 630 KVA complete all specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch 'A'. (iii) Transformer oil and copper coil for winding shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply only HT brass Bushing for transformer of capacity upto 63 to 630 KVA complete for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply only LT brass Bushing for transformer of capacity upto 63 to 630 KVA complete for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply only set of gasket (Rubberised cork/neoprine) material complete for transformer of capacity 63 to 630 KVA for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply only Oil drain/ filter valve for suitable size complete for transformer of cap 63 to 630 KVA for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply only new copper wire wound coils for HT winding of transformers with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge so as to match with the working capacity of transformer and all as per manufacturer’s design and specification including providing Class-E insulation and fixing HT coils in position and connecting electrically in core assembly of capacity 63 to 630 KVA for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply only new copper wire wound coils for LT winding of transformers with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge so as to match with the working capacity of transformer and all as per manufacturer’s design and specification including providing Class-E insulation and fixing LT coils in position and connecting electrically in core assembly of capacity 63 to 630 KVA for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply and fixing transformer temperature gauge meter WTI/OTI with connecting accessories and including removing the unserviceable temperature gauge/meter suitable for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of transformer uploading and opening of top cover, draining of oil, detanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning and washing dust/rust and dirt from all parts including core tank and cooling tubes, replacing of gasket, washers, bolt, nuts, plug top, screw etc, replacement of HT / LT bushes, transformer winding (if required) complete, dismantling the cooling fins and welding as necessary to arrest oil leakage, re-assembling transformer, refilling new/filtered oil (as required) and testing for all the routine tests as in case of new transformer as per relevant IS & after satisfactory repairs & testing, marking & providing synthetic enamel blue/grey spray paint etc. for transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA to 5 MVA complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Unserviceable HT/LT bushes, transformer winding, transformer Oil will be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall include the labour component required for replacement of unserviceable spare parts. (iii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch 'A'. (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply only 33/11KV brass Bushing for transformer of capacity 3.15 to 5.0 MVA complete for replacement during repair of transformer.

Supply only breather assembly with silica gel filled for transformer of capacity 3.15/5.0 MVA complete for replacement during repair of transformer.

Opening and taking out the Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 11 KV 630 Amp, type VMX from panel and carry out the general maintenance such as oiling greasing the mechanical parts, motor, gear, lever spring operating rod, cleaning the female contacts, tightening of nuts and bolts, cleaning the male and female contact of panel, oiling the bus bar shutter, checking the AC/DC wiring, circuit including control fuses and circuit jack, on/off push button, indicating lamp, voltmeter, ammeter, PF meter, any minor parts needs replacement should be replaced and testing after inserting the VCB in panel complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall include the labour component required for replacement of unserviceable spare parts. (iii) Contractor shall ensure that the repair to VCB shall be carried out under the supervision of OEM Engineer and cost of this aspect shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (iv) The contractor shall check the existing system of 11 KV VCB for installation of VCB parts with prior approval of GE.
