Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including taking down existing unserviceable pole of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply & fix Junction box of size 280 X 170 X 130 mm Hinged (L) wiith 2 way connector mounted on epoxy insulators for looping of cable for 1 Phase and 1neutral fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-2 Nos of size 40 mm X 4 mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity mounted on din rail inside box. work also includes making suitable hole in pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site and provisioning of 1.0 sqmm 3.0 core flexible PVC insulated copper cable from junction box to connector of street light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of street light along with bracket carefully and refixing on new poles including connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on pole stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire, jumper set complete for any size (Ferret, Wessal, Squirel) of conductor complete all as specified and as direcetd. (NOTE:- Measurement and payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centre of two adjustant poles and adding 3% extra for sag, joints and jumpers etc)

M & L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plated fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly 16/20mm dia rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia stranded 7/1.6mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain,white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator in repair including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. :-

(b) 25 Sqmm 4 core

(c) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

S&F GI pipe light grade of dia 50, mm laying in road and along with poles for cable protection complete with all fitting laid in tranches complete all as specified and directed.

Cable route indicator of size 100mm dia embossed as LT round shaped 10mm thick with marking of 1.1 KV, LT welded bolted on angle iron of 25x25 of 60cm length grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using block size of 150x150x150mm embedded in ground including not exceeding earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.25m below GL connected with earth strip 32 x 6 by means of check nuts, bolts, nuts, washers of GI or steel all as shown in plate no. 3 of MES sch. Pt 0I, connected to main switch board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade including all excavation, earth work, PCC, RCC cover, watering by funnel etc. complete including testing on completion complete all as specified directed

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road/ hard standing to size not exceeding 45 cm wide and depth not less than 45 cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200 mm depth with plain cement concreet 1:2:4 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete(Including Testing) with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed.
