M& L for taking out old unserviceable squirrel cage induction motor of capacity 7.5 HP installed at site and transporting to the Workshop (as approved by GE) for rewinding with and including super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage/dia including necessary insulating material, varnishing etc and returning back after repair & re-installing at the same location after testing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for monthly maintenance, repairs and servicing of Electrically operated hospital stretcher cum passenger lift and dumb waiter (goods elevator) complete with panel boards and ARD including replacement of unserviceable spares and consumable items not specifically covered in the BOQ complete all as specified and directed. ( Make of lifts :- Escon/Thyssenkrupp/Arohi Elevator.) Notes :- (a) Contractor shall ensure smooth operation/functioning of lifts. (b) Maintenance of lifts shall be carried out strictly as per guidelines of OEM of lifts. (c) Spare parts necessitated for repair/ maintenance/servicing of lifts other than mentioned here-in-after in the BOQ shall be provided by the contracter at his own arrangements and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item. (d) Penalty of Rs. 2500/ per day shall be recovered from the payment due to the contractor, if repair to lift is not attended within 72 hours from the time of breakdown and lift remains unfunctional.
