Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as in dado/skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified tiles (double charged) 10mm thick coloured (area of each tile exceeding 0.38 sqm but not exceeding 0.64 sqm) (min. size 800mm X 800mm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tile shall be approved by GE.

18-20 mm thick single piece granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, stair case, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber fillets under 40 sq. cm in section, as in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed) , trussed , purlins,crane gantries , rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing ( beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces conforming to Fe 410-W, Gde E-250 Quality 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges, all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.
