Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying pipes and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying cable/erecting poles all as specified.

Returning and filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and lay 100 mm dia ductile Iron pipe , S/S , Class “K-7” , suitable for push on joints including push on rubber joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 80 mm dia galvanized Iron pipes, “medium grade”, laid in trenches complete with all fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 50 mm dia galvanized Iron pipes, “medium grade”, laid in trenches complete with all fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 40 mm dia galvanized Iron pipes, “medium grade”, laid in trenches complete with all fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 25 mm dia galvanized Iron pipes, “medium grade”, laid in trenches complete with all fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Sluice valve, flanged of class 1.0 PN ,100 mm dia confirming to IS 14846 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for Iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI bends ( any type radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend , increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross ( all sockets or sockets and spigots) collars, caps and plugs of size upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for costruction of valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900 mm x 1000 mm (internal size) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 50 x50 x6 mm thick fame embedded in 15 cm thick PCC coping with locking arrangement with two coats of synthetic enamel with internal external surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 mtr returning filling in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 75 mm thick as in foundation/floor over 75 mm thick hard core, brick wall (one brick thick) built in cement mortars (1:4), 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in copping, Plastering in cm 1:4, 10mm thick on internal surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cutting the existing CI / GI pipe of 150mm dia in position for inserting new Tees, branches etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Size of the Tee to be inserted,150x150x100mm )

Taking up or down 25 mm GI pipes and connections including cleaning for refixing or removel to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm GI pipes and connections including cleaning for refixing or removel to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 50 mm GI pipes and connections including cleaning for refixing or removel to store all as specified and directed.

Taking out stope valve including removal from site all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread river sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. (Note:- Punned depth shall be measured )

Supply and lay sub class 'B' bricks of standard size in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying,taking down and testing 35 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE cable insulated, screened,PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured.electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranderd aluminium conductor including taking down the existing cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying,saddling in wall by using suitable size saddle and testing cable XLPE insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cables (heavy duty )1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm x 2core all as specified and directed..

Cutting the existing PCC/bituminous road of any description to a size not exc. 1.00 m wide x 0.5m deep for crossing of pipe including refilling, ramming and making good top surface with 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coats of synthethic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50 mm bore GI Tubing light grade in trenches for cable protection with fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as foundation and anchorage of DI pipes all as specified and directed.
