Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling post / struts wood, steel of RCC any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide & not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 1.07 above but 5mm dia and over and up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete (M-30 Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, beam; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 1.09 above but as in columns etc.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 1.09 above but as in beams, lintels over 1.5m clear span.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and fair & finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 1.13 above but as in columns etc

-Ditto- all as per item No. 1.13 above but sides and soffits of beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, RCC bands in walls and similar work exc 10 cm but not exc 20cm wide fair finished surfaces of concrete complete.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and forged in to spikes; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel conforming to grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A angle post or struts in fencing fixed independently including cutting and bending to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description over 10 cm girth or width etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Broken glass coping using broken glass of 63 mm approximate firmly embedded at the rate 10 Kg of glass per sqm of rendered surface on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for flush pointing to concrete block walling in CM 1:4

S&F plain mild steel wire 3.15mm dia galvanised class 3, as in fencing including straining and fixing including securing with iron tying wire, galvanised staples, pin etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations and mass concrete as in posts, pillars etc (including caps and base).

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fillings including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

Supply only PVC coated chain link MS galvanised fencing 4mm dia wire and 100x100mm mesh.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10cm long and dia of neck 10mm.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc in 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete.
