Note for Item No. 12 to 14 : (i) Contractor shall submit the general arrangement drawing of LT Panel and take prior approval of GE befor placing the order for procurement. (ii) Contractor shall provider Phase barriers and spreader terminals with all MCCB`s. (iii) Contractor shall provide metal gland, suitable size aluminium lugs as per cable size, steel nut bolts etc for connection of cable in Panel box. (iv) Make of MCCB`s and MCB`s shall be of Make : L&T/ Legrand/ Siemens. (v) Contractor shall submit the Purchase Voucher and Test certificate of Panel.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down , dismentling, old rusted cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for reuse or given credit to contractor under credit of schedule, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 40 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole/wall up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 50 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole/wall up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 80 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 100 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring of road for laying 100 mm dia GI pipe medium grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F cable route marker made up of cast iron (Round Dia ) of 100 mm round plate, 3 mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm, 800 height fixed in ground over the cable route with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 3.0 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR parts-I and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil , disposal of soil , providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt,removing of excavated soil and refilling the pit with argicultur soil free from stones etc to be brought from out side defence land (since resitivity of soil is high), construction of PCC earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type c-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-J cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wiremesh and watering pipe of 40mm dia GI light grade and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- 1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe and watering pipe of 40 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to achieve desired result as the soil resistiviy is very high. 3.The cost of GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. 6. Contractor has to dispose off the excavated soil retived from earth pit at place away as directed by EIC.

S & F Thermoplastic cable junction box of size 205 mm x 255 mm x 112 mm , IP 66 , halogen free and weather proof with locking arrangement and necessary mounting arrangement on pole with MS clamp , nut , bolt ,washer , for out door installation complete with connector terminal for connecting cable, knockouts for cable entry up to the size of 25 Sqmm x 4 core, cable by providing suitable size cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Non metallic PVC medium grade conduit 20 mm dia, ISI marked for drawing aluminium/ copper conductor cable between pole junction box and light fitting including fixing clamp made of GI strips and nut and bolts (Minimum 3 clamp of GI strip in each pole to be provided.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flexible PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core for voltage grade up to 1100 V conforming to IS 694 : 2010 for connection of light fitting from junction box or from over head conductors to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified. Note:-Punned thickness to be measured for payment.

Material and labour for fly ash brick laid flat in trenches over sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet metal one way enclouser for MCCB , suitable for accomodating 4 Pole MCCB up to rating of 250 Amp, in CRCA sheet, as per IEC 61439-3 IK 08, suitable for flush / surface mounting, including fixing on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.Make- Legrand, Model Ekinox 3 , Cat Part No. 507802 (DPX 3 250 MCCB enclosure) or equivalent in Seimens/ Schinder/ L&T.

M & L Painting of steel pole up to 12 mtr height with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Painting to the LT PCC poles with strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole , two coat of white colour cement base paint on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ stricker complete all as specified and directed.
