Upgradation/modernization of existing parks/green belt.

SCHEDULE-'A' Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .(a) 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Making bajri path including preparation of subgrade, supplying and laying brick aggregate of 50 mm nominal size 7.5 cm deep with binding material consisting of 12 mm moorum and 12 mm red bajri consolidated with road roller.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:(a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural source:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) derived from natural source.

Providing and fixing "Air Walker" with the specifications below: 1. Dimensions (LxWxH) 1100 x 450 x 1300 mm. 2. Fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I.) "C" Class Pipe of approved make. 3. U-shaped main frame of NB 80mm (G.I.) "C" Class Pipe Leg support frame of NB 50mm (0.1) "C" Class Pipe 4. Handy frame pipes of NB 32mm (G.I.) "C" Class (NB stands for Nominal Bore i.e internal Diameter of pipe in millimetres). 5. All pipes are powder-coated with 80-120 micron thick AkzoNobel or equivalent paints. 6. All joints of pipe are MIG welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. 7. Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. 8. Baseplate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with a minimum of 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and coloured. 9. Foothold made of Co-Polymer Plastic with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. 10. Maintenance-free bearings of SKF or equivalent make duly oil-sealed and self-lubricated are used in the equipment manufactured. 11. The equipment must be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movements. 12. The equipment is to be fixed on the ground by providing and laying Cement Concrete wilh a minimum size of block to be constructed of 0.60mtr x 0.60 mtr x 0.60 mtr (Payment for CC to be used in fixing of equipment shall be done separately) and J-shaped welded bolts of 18mm thickness. 13. High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts is used for assembly. 14. Once the concrete is set, the equipment is fixed on to it and nuts and bolts are covered with a baseplate cover. 15. Equipment made to EN16630 & DIN 79000 International standard for outdoor fitness equipment. 16. Self-Explanatory stainless-steel label fixed on equipment for ease of use, including maintenance cost for 2 years. 17. This rate is inclusive of GST Charges, Transportation Charges, Fixing Charges and CPOH. Nothing shall be paid extra.
