Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in All kinds of soil

Supply and filling of dry stone soling in foundation trenches tightly handpacked with hand ramming, watering and compacting to required density including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 grade (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level, 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth, beam level and DPC level and Thermo-Mechnically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Reinforcement @ for all RCC work. including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages upto site of work complete job including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Brick work with common brunt clay Bricks/ cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor Five level including curing in :Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages upto site of work complete job including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages upto site of work complete job including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages upto site of work complete job including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.
