S&F Factory made solid wire gauzed pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S.frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC "C" channel having a prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panells will be wire gaused in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gause shall be wrapped on an additional square 8 mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes. The wire gause shall be stretched to tighten firmly. M&L for sub main wiring two run of size 6 sqmm PVC insulated electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor with 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire in casing caping of suitable size (two run of 6 sqmm cable and one of 6.0 sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping will be measured as one unit) including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing & testing of 25 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing acessories including taking down old unserviceable XLPE cable, old brick bats or precast cable cover & GI pipe used for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair ceiling fan hook made out of MS flat 50 X 6 mm thick suitable for hanging of ceiling fan including nuts, bolts and washer with 12 mm dia round bar hook, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
