Taking down existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down submain wiring of any size and making good to the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing DBs including MCCB`s / MCB`s 415 / 230 Volt and making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1100 volt grade 1.5sq.mm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia , with all fittings, fixed on wall surface including decorative modular cover plates (inner and outer) suitable for housing modular pattern switches/ sockets/ regulators etc. along with necessary metal sunk boxes with 3mm thick flush mounting in the wall duly earthed with 1.5sqmm cable as for wiring above but green in colour as continuous earthing wire for One light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour painting of ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete, insitu with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler,one coat after cleaning all dust all as specified.

Hanging/Fixing only ceiling fan/Exhaust Fan/Wall mounting fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified ,and any addn/alteration /threading if required to down rod shall be done by contractor with out any extra cost.

Labour for servicing the ceiling / exhaust fan/wall mounting fan of any make including greasing /oiling /repairs and replacing the spares such as cater pin unserviceable / rusted bolts,split pins, rubber wheel, bearing, washers, bush,capacitor all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm bents to centre complete all as directed.
