SITC of LED illumination sign board of size size : 18’ (L) x 4’ (H) fabricated by 4" (inch), 3mm thick, depth ACP box supported with 1"x1" Aluminium hollow squire pipe of 18 SWG all around. The 3mm ACP fabricated should be provided by laser cutting 6mm laser cutt acrylic latters out of which 5mm rising and border line of the front side should with cover 1" Aluminium channel as per the direction of EIC. The sign board should be glow by 1.5W LED module cool white in color incl. 12V 250W water proof power supply system with IP65 of required numbers and necessary wiring arrangement as per direction of EIC. Back side of the board covered with GI sheet to protect the rain water. The sign board should be fixed on roof of the building with MS supporting structure to rest the board with 50x50x6 mm MS Angle or any suitable size as required and provide suitable back-stay support by suitable size MS Flat/Angle, embedded in walls/piller as per requirement and & mending good damages as per direction of EIC. The cost of transpotation charges are included. The matter of the sign board is given bwllow - '' LUMBINI PARK MENTAL HOSPITAL , GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL , 115, DR. G. S. BOSE ROAD, KOLKATA - 700039 " in English in Three rows alongwith a logo of Biswa Bangla above the letters , back ground colour will be Firoza blue and letters in white as par direction of EIC .
Painting the glow sign board inside and out side & M.S Structure for resting the sign board along with back stay by 2 coat of Synthetic enamel paints over 2 coats of R.O primer
Scaffolding & Lifting charges for above said glow sign board at the top floor (6th floor) and carrying Co's Workshop to work side.
Dismentling the existing old & damaged sign board from the top floor (6th floor) .
Rate should be quoted incl. of all taxes and cess.
Defect Liability period : 1 year
